Goalkeeper training is an hour long session working on the fundamentals. Get tons of reps working on proper form and techniques.
Our Goalkeeper training series is developed and led by Chris Bloise. Chris is a native Houstonian and former South American professional player.
Chris has a USSF “A” license and USC Advanced National GK Diploma as well as many other advanced coaching certifications.
SAQ Training (Speed, Agility, Quickness) Soccer Agility is the ability to change direction without the loss of balance, strength or speed. Agility and Co-ordination can be taught to players and will help improve body alignment, reduce injuries and train muscles to fire and activate to perform the activities desired. The agility soccer drills below include all aspects of agility: Balance, Co-ordination, Programmed Aglity and Random Agility (Unknown movement patterns, i.e Reaction).
